How does the subscription work?

Every month you will receive 3 new sets of false eyelashes. The eyelash sets are predetermined for the month, and we will never have the same pair twice.  The renewal is on the 10th every month, that's when renewals will charge and orders will begin processing.

 

How long is the subscription?

Our subscriptions can be cancelled at any time after your 2nd billing cycle.You can skip a month simply by going into you're account with us to make the changes. Unless you cancel, your subscription will go on every month.

 

How do I cancel my Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, its as simple as logging into your account and clicking the "manage" tab. It is the customers responsibility to cancel their subscriptions. If you cannot get into your account and need us to assist you please email us at mylashmonthly@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you with accessing your account.  This will cancel the NEXT months subscription

 

I moved what do i do?

You can log into your account and update your address. If you have any problems email us at mylashmonthly@gmail.com

 

Help! My package shows it has been delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

Here are the steps with a lost USPS package. First step is to call USPS with the tracking to see if they can locate it. If they can not then you must fill out a lost package report with USPS. Here is the link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.html
